Spanning over 8,000 square feet across two refined levels, GA-IN brings together an upscale sports bar, a vibrant izakaya, and an elevated omakase experience within one exceptional setting. A Multi-Layered Dining Experience

Guests are first welcomed into an upscale sports bar, setting the tone for a dynamic and polished arrival. On the first floor, a warm and lively izakaya offers a comfortable, accessible setting ideal for family dining, casual gatherings, and shared meals across generations. With a diverse menu designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes, the izakaya creates an experience that is both approachable and refined.

Upstairs, the second floor reveals a more elevated and versatile atmosphere. Designed for private dining, business meetings, and large-scale events, this elegant space offers a seamless blend of sophistication, comfort, and functionality.

Culinary Heritage & Leadership

At the heart of GA-IN is a leadership team built on decades of experience, tradition, and trust.

Chef Kang, with more than 30 years of experience, represents a rare and authentic culinary lineage. Trained in Korea under master chefs who preserved traditional Japanese techniques passed down through generations, he is among the last to inherit this disciplined and deeply rooted style. By blending this heritage with his experience in the United States, Chef Kang brings a refined culinary perspective that bridges tradition and modern dining.

Chef Kim, with over 27 years of experience in New York, contributes deep local knowledge and a consistent standard of excellence in execution.

Manager Kang, with more than 30 years of management experience and a strong background in Japanese kitchens, oversees operations with precision, ensuring exceptional service and an elevated guest experience.

Chef Kang and Manager Kang are also brothers, bringing a shared vision, longstanding trust, and family-driven dedication that form the foundation of GA-IN.

The Signature Omakase Experience

At the center of GA-IN’s second floor is its signature offering: a distinctive omakase bar featuring multiple curated packages. Unlike traditional omakase formats, GA-IN allows guests to choose from different levels and styles of experience, each thoughtfully designed to deliver a personalized and refined journey.

With seating for over 100 guests and private VIP rooms, the omakase level is ideally suited for business gatherings, private dining, weddings, receptions, and special celebrations.
